Holistic Therapist
Mindfulness is a philosophy and state of mind derived from Buddhist faith, but applicable to both multi-faith and non-faith therapy work. It is being used extensively in private and state provided therapy services as an appropriate way of addressing emotional issues and assisting in the management of long term conditions. This course provides personal reflection and professional techniques using mindfulness, and relates them closely to the National Occupational Standards for Healing. These are UK based standards which for international students represent a realistic set of approved standards to refer to. Further core knowledge lessons provide a sound training in Life Coaching. This course is recognised for International professional membership of the Society for Holistic Therapists and Coaches.
